Wellness Lesson ① Check Your Impression-Boosting Walk with Ms. Hoshizuki, a Former Takarazuka Star!
Your physical condition and impression change with daily accumulation.
By being mindful of good posture and walking, you can reduce the burden on your body and give a good impression to those around you.
First, understand your body's habits and try to be mindful of them little by little!
Check for an impressive way of walking
Focus on good posture and walk as if moving your legs from your hips.

What is good posture?
Be aware of the position of your head, shoulders, and pelvis.
- Head position
- Ears are directly above the shoulders.
- Shoulder position
- Imagine dropping your shoulders and opening your chest.
- At this time, be careful not to let your shoulders protrude past your chest.
- Pelvis position
- Stand with your pelvis firmly upright.
- The pelvis tends to tilt forward or backward, so imagine standing straight relative to the ground.
If you continue to have bad posture...
It places unnecessary strain on your body, causing problems such as lower back pain and stiff shoulders. Your physical condition and impression change with daily accumulation. Be mindful of good accumulation.
