Terms and Conditions for the "Zero Basic Rate Plan / RE100 New Application Campaign"

The "Zero Basic Fee Plan & RE100 New Application Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") Terms and Conditions define the handling of this campaign conducted by GOYOH Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

1. Campaign Details

   Customers who have started using the eligible plan at the start of this campaign, or those who apply by Friday, February 28, 2025, (supplier: e-Network Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ENS")) will receive a 1,000 yen Amazon gift card upon confirmation of their application.
   

2. Campaign Period

   Application period: Until Friday, February 28, 2025
   Benefit application period: Until Friday, February 28, 2025
   

3. Eligibility and Conditions

   This campaign applies to those who meet all of the following conditions:

• Those who have started using the eligible plan at the start of this campaign, or those who newly apply for the eligible plan during the application period of this campaign.
• Those who have completed the benefit application form during the benefit application period of this campaign.
• The application must be for electricity supplied to the exclusive use area of an eligible property.
• The application for the eligible electricity must be made through the Company's designated website and approved by ENS.
  
• There must be no delays or non-payment in electricity bills.
  ◆Eligible plans: Zero Basic Fee Plan & RE100 (Menu names: Tokyo B-GRAZ, Kansai A-GRAZ)
4. Benefit Details

   A 1,000 yen Amazon gift card will be presented.

5. Notes
   • If there are deficiencies in the information required for application, or if the procedure is hindered by the inability to provide correct information, the benefits of this campaign will be invalidated.
   • This campaign may be changed or terminated without prior notice.
   • In the event that any damage arises from applying to this campaign, the Company and ENS (hereinafter referred to as "the Companies") shall not bear any responsibility whatsoever, except for damages caused by the intentional acts or negligence of the Companies. Furthermore, even if the Companies have intentional acts or negligence arising from this campaign, the Companies' liability for compensation shall be limited to direct, ordinary, and actual damages, excluding lost profits.
