This suggestion box cannot be used for emergency contact. For urgent matters, please contact the management company.

Depending on the content of your suggestion, the management company and property owner may review the content and contact you individually. If you agree to share your room number and contact information when contact is necessary, please accurately fill in your name, room number, phone number, and email address.

Please note in advance that we may not be able to respond to all inquiries.

Even if you request a response, we may not respond in the following cases:
