"Energy Saving Monitors" on a first-come, first-served basis for 10 rooms.

Monitor Overview
To formulate the apartment building's energy-saving plan, please share your electricity, gas, and water consumption data contracted after moving into the property.
■ Monitor Participation Flow
① Click "Participate in monitor" above to apply.
② You will receive an email confirming your registration from the administrative office.
Once you receive the email, please upload and submit the following data from "My Page" → "Dashboard" → "Energy Saving Monitor."
Target Data: Photos or screenshots of bills showing monthly consumption data for electricity, gas, and water.
Target Period: The past 12 months from August 2024 to the end of July 2025.
③ After the administrative office confirms the data, we will send you an email notifying you of submission completion or requesting corrections.
If corrections are needed, please review the content and resubmit.
④ Once you receive the reward distribution email, check your reward from "My Page"!

① Obtain consumption data from the subscriber page
Obtain monthly consumption data for the past 12 months as screenshots or PDFs from the subscriber pages of your contracted electricity/gas retail provider or water bureau.
② From usage statements
Take photos of your past 12 months' usage statements from your contracted electricity/gas retail provider or water bureau.
■ Data Handling
The data you provide will be anonymized and used as statistical data for formulating the apartment building's energy-saving plan.
Eligibility
Residents who have lived in Lexington Square Shirokane Takanawa for one year or more (up to one person per room).

Catalog gift of your choice worth 5,000 yen

・On the Charges/Usage page, you can check gas and electricity usage in graphs and download usage data as PDFs from the "Usage" tab.

・Log in to or register for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Waterworks app (smartphone app or web version) and check your usage.
